DAY : 01
Jaffna
You will be picked up from your hotel in Colombo or Bandaranaike Airport by your very own chauffeur guide and drive to Jaffna. En route You will have the uncommon chance to witness direct the obliteration and improvement occurring along the A 9 Highway and achieve Jaffna late Afternoon. Evening at Leisure.

DAY : 02
Around the Jaffna Peninsula
After breakfast, leave to the coastal Tamil town of Jaffna, Journey around the Jaffna Peninsula, taking in Point Pedro (Sri Lanka’s northernmost point), the healing waters of Keerimalai Spring, the ruined dagobas of Kantarodai, and Nilawari, a bottomless well where it’s said that the Hindu God, Rama, shot an arrow to get water.

DAY : 03
Nainativu Island & Nallur
Next day morning Visit Nagadipa Temple on Nainativu Island, the only major Buddhist site in the north of the country (where Buddha himself is said to have visited to settle a dispute between two local kings) and accessible by local ferry. Just by the jetty is also the Naga Pooshani Amman Kovil, a colorful Hindu Temple dedicated to Meenakshi. Back in Jaffna, tour the city including the Jaffna Fort, library and the Nallur Kandaswamy Kovil, an important local Hindu site. In the evening, spend time with a local family and learn to cook traditional Jaffna cuisine.

DAY : 04
Departure
After breakfast, will be transferred to the Colombo Airport in time for your departing flight. We wish you safe travels for your journey onward!
